If nobody's home, the courier will either leave the goods in a safe place or leave a card which will have details on how you can arrange another delivery or pick up.
If your parcel doesn't arrive within the estimated time period, we recommend you visit the carrier's website and check whether they've attempted to deliver to you.
Your order will be shipped by either Australia Post or Aramex. The shipping confirmation email will detail which courier it is and include tracking information.
