Return/exchange what do I do?

If you've purchased on emuaustralia.com.au within the last 30-days, it's no problem to return your order for an exchange/refund.

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

• Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Complete the return packing slip included with your parcel. If needed, you can download a return form here or find one attached.
• Place the completed packing slip/return form inside the box along with the shoes.
• Create your return label through our returns portal.
• Secure the box within an outer carton or satchel for protection during transit.

Once our warehouse team receives your return, we'll process your exchange/refund promptly within 1- 3 business days.

If there are any issues with stock, we'll let you know.

Please note: exchanges are only available for the same style in a different size or colour. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange for a different style.
